JURAMAX (juramax.com) is an online community where creative people publish their works – poems, prose, pictures, photos and more – and talk to each other. These terms apply to everyone who uses the website. By creating an account, you accept them.
1. Your account
- Give correct information when you register and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person – one account. Do not use someone else’s name or pretend to be another person.
- If you are not yet an adult under the law of your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Your works and copyright
- You keep the copyright to everything you publish.
- Publish only works you created yourself or have the right to publish. When you quote others, name the author.
- By publishing, you allow JURAMAX, free of charge, to store your works and show them on the website and in its services (for example in lists, previews, contests and the magazine) for as long as they are published. You can delete your works at any time.
3. Rules of conduct
It is not allowed to publish or send:
- content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others, including copyright;
- insults, threats, harassment or hate against people or groups;
- pornography, and any sexual content involving minors;
- spam, advertising without our permission, viruses or other harmful code;
- other people’s personal data without their consent.
Also do not try to disrupt the website, get into other people’s accounts or collect data automatically.
4. Moderation
Moderators may hide or delete content and restrict or close accounts that break these terms. If you see a breach, or believe a work infringes your copyright, write to support@juramax.com with a link and a short explanation.
5. Availability and liability
JURAMAX is free. We work to keep the website available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Authors are responsible for their own content. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using JURAMAX at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@juramax.com.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We announce important changes on the website; the current version is always on this page. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy. Questions: support@juramax.com.
